What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
10 units per product for charging cables, and 5 units per product for adaptors, car chargers, and travel adaptors. Order 50+ units and get ₹2 off per cable / ₹5 off per adaptor, applied automatically at checkout.
What payment options are available?
Pay the full amount online at checkout (prepaid), or choose Cash on Delivery — every order has a ₹150 order confirmation charge, adjusted against your total (not an extra cost). Orders below ₹2,000 also carry a ₹150 shipping charge; orders ₹2,000 and above ship free. The rest is paid in cash on delivery. COD is available nationwide, no location restriction.
